The villa holds 8 people in 3 bedrooms comfortably.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

The villa is only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.

The villa has an idealistic south facing pool for all day sunshine.

Unlike some villas which back on to walls or other properties, the villa has idealistic views onto conservation woodland area (guaranteeing privacy).

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
