The prices are per week and are exclusive of tax at 13.00 percent. Pool heat is optional and is charged at £119/$182/€140 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £70/$109/€84. For bookings of 18 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of £150/$234/€179 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
